Terms of Use – Cardus AI

Last updated: Dec 10th 2025. By accessing or using the Cardus AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service Description and Access

Cardus AI is an AI-assisted tool that supports organizational research and design. Access to the Service is provided via invitation or specific contract, and you are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credentials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service as agreed in your commercial arrangement.

User Responsibilities and Proper Use

You agree to ensure that you have all necessary permissions and consents (including those required under laws such as LGPD and GDPR) before entering third-party data into the platform. You also agree not to use the Service for unlawful or discriminatory purposes, and not to attempt reverse engineering, exploitation, or attacks against the security of the platform.

Intellectual Property and Data

You retain all ownership rights over the data, interviews, and narratives ("User Content") that you submit to Cardus AI. The platform, algorithms, source code, and the Cardus AI brand are the exclusive property of Cardus. We process your data strictly to deliver the contracted service and do not use your confidential data to train or fine-tune AI models without your explicit consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The analyses, recommendations, and organizational designs generated by AI are suggestions that must be assessed and validated by humans, and Cardus is not responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of those suggestions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of the Service.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, subject to the provisions of any commercial agreement in force between the parties.

Changes to These Terms and Contact
