Cardus AI is a joint venture between Taller and Target Teal, created to bring more intelligence and depth to organizational research and transformation.

The name Cardus.ai comes from the cardus (thistle) plant, historically used to card fibres – that is, to align, untangle and organize loose filaments until they form a coherent fabric. This metaphor captures the platform's exact purpose: to organize narratives, stories and scattered threads inside an organization, revealing patterns, connections and structures that were previously tangled. Just as the carding process transforms raw fibres into something structured and useful, Cardus.ai transforms individual accounts into collective knowledge, helping people understand and act on organizational reality.
