Sharing Research Results
The Sharing Research Results feature in Cardus.AI allows you to provide read-only access to the project Dashboard. Invited users can explore visualizations, metrics, clusters, and narratives, and can also use the chat as an analytical interface to query, cross-reference, and calculate information, without modifying project content or settings.
Key Features
- Read-Only Access: Invited users can view all analytical content without edit permissions
- Dashboard Sharing: Share research results with executives, leaders, or stakeholders
- Chat as an Analytical Interface: Read-only users can use the chat to:
- search across narratives, tags, clusters, or categories
- cross-reference different slices of the project
- calculate aggregated metrics (distributions, averages, counts)
- explore patterns and outliers in the data
- Pre-Sharing Anonymization: Before sharing, the project owner may use the interview and narrative anonymization features, ensuring that shared data meets confidentiality and identity-protection requirements.
- Project Structure Integrity: Access reflects existing metrics, clusters, tags, and categories
- Permission Control: Access levels ensure security and prevent unauthorized changes
Benefits
