Narratives Extraction
You can upload your own interview and let Cardus.AI extract narratives that transforms a raw conversation stream into structured data and analyzable narratives. This process is essential for qualitative analysis of organizational stories and experiences.
Key Features
- Interview Upload: Upload audio recordings or text transcripts of interviews directly through the Interviews page
- Batch Processing: Select multiple interviews and process them simultaneously
- Automatic Extraction: AI-powered identification of meaningful narratives within conversations.
How to Use it
- Upload Interviews: From the Interviews page, use the Upload Interview button in the toolbar to add audio files or text transcripts. Each interview can be categorized with metadata (department, role, location) that will flow to the extracted narratives.
- Process Interviews: Select one or more interviews with transcripts (or RTI conversation data) and click the Extract Narratives button in the toolbar, the process will run in the background and only takes a few minutes.
- Review Results: The system processes each interview, identifying distinct narratives within the conversation. A typical interview generates 10-30 narratives, with a strong project usually containing at least 200 narratives total.
- Refine Narratives: Once extracted, narratives can be further refined in the Narratives section through editing, anonymization, or AI-assisted rewriting.
